"I should never have bought..."

At the start of August this year, I purchased some £70 Ipod logitech mm32 speakers for my boyfriends 18th.

I was really pleased when he took them out of the box and realised they were quite small making them portable and came with a handy carry case with a compartment for the plug and other wires.

When we tried setting them up, we couldn't work out how to put the ipod in the dock. When we thought we had done it, we pressed play and all that came out was a crackling sound. There were different parts for the docking system for various ipods and mp3's. We needed the nano docking part, but our ipod nano didn't seem to fit it very well.

We then went on the website from where i purchased the item and came across reviews. We read that other people were experiencing the same problems. People had written about how they had managed to fit their ipod into the dock, which was not the way Logitech had described. We managed to fit the ipod into the dock, but it looked rather loose and off centre. The sound was quite clear and was fairly loud for such small speakers but I wish i'd spent a little more money, read the reviews first and bought an item that would have been quality checked well before.

These speakers are fiddly, have a poorly designed docking system and expensive. Logitech should have thought more about the mm32's docking system.
